What is Plattr?

Plattr is a restaurant guide: you find restaurants, cafés and snack bars with their address, opening hours and contact details, for some also the menu. The restaurants on Plattr maintain their details themselves; the other places come from open map data (OpenStreetMap) and are not confirmed by the restaurant yet. At some restaurants you can also book a table or collect stamps.

How do I book a table?

If a restaurant takes reservations through Plattr, its page has a reservation form. Choose the party size, date and time, enter your contact details and send the reservation. Depending on the restaurant, it is confirmed right away or arrives as a request that the restaurant still confirms. Restaurants without a reservation form can be reached through the contact details on their page.

Is booking free?

Yes. Booking through Plattr is free for guests. There are no fees or hidden charges.

How do loyalty programs work?

Some restaurants offer a loyalty program on Plattr, for example a stamp card. You find it on the restaurant's page and request your own card there. Each restaurant sets its own program rules.

How can I list my restaurant?

Sign up at plattr.me and create your restaurant's profile there: details, photos, menu and opening hours. If you have questions, write to us at help@plattr.me.

How do I report incorrect information?

If you notice outdated hours, wrong addresses, or other inaccuracies, please email us at help@plattr.me with the restaurant name and what needs to be corrected.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Please contact the restaurant directly. You find its contact details on its page on Plattr.
